When do we start?

The Return is a live 6-week experience that begins on July 2nd. Live calls will be 6:30 pm EST on Thursdays. (July 2nd, July 9th, July 16th, July 23rd, July 30th and August 6th.)

Once you join, you’ll receive access to your portal, your Week 1 materials, and everything you need to get started!

You don’t need to prepare anything. All you need to show up openminded <3.

How long do I have access to everything?

You’ll have access to all materials and replays indefinitely.

This is designed to be a focused container—so you can actually integrate what you’re learning in real time and you can come back to the materials as needed.

How much time do I need for this?

You’ll have one live call each week (about 75–90 minutes). Everything else is designed to fit into your life—
short videos, simple practices, and support you can return to when you need it.

Do I need any experience with this work?

What If I Can’t Attend Live?

I do ask that you try your best to make it live, however, if you miss 1 or 2 sessions because LIFE! That’s completely okay.

Every session is recorded and added to the replay library, so you can access it anytime your body needs it.
